Do you do shipping?

We currently ship only to the Contiguous US. Standard delivery can take up to 5-7 business days. All items are sent USPS and are uninsured. To request insurance for your item, please email info@flyladytee.com

How long does it take to ship out my order?

That depends on where you are. All orders are shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday, 8am – 5pm. How long it takes to get to you after that is determined by your choice of shipping method.

What if I'm not in the United States

For now, we can only provide services to people in the US and Ghana. Orders placed in Ghana will be cash on delivery.

Is every item returnable?

NO!  Several types of goods are exempt from being returned- specialty items, and jewelry due to the tailoring and their fragile state, and we do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods such as bodysuits.

What do I need to return an item?

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

How do I get my refund for returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
